International business expertise. Avvocato since 1996 and Solicitor of England and Wales since 1998, thanks to the perfect knowledge of the languages and cultures, as well as – of course – of the legal systems in Italy, England and Spain, I can be the contact point of international companies in Italy and the guide of Italian companies going towards foreign markets.

Contracts negotiations and drafting. Contracts are a risk-prevention tool in the business activity. A well drafted contract clarifies the activities and the rights and obligations of the parties, and, by avoiding uncertainty, reduces the risk of subsequent litigation, both in the national and in the international environment. Companies that do not just use the lawyer for their litigation but opt for a non-contentious consultancy, can establish profitable and secure commercial relationships, benefiting both in the short and in the long term. In this manner, indeed, they avoid the risks deriving from having non-formalized, uncertain and unclear relationships. The right consultancy at the time of negotiating and drafting a contract, is an investment giving a return both in security and economic terms.
